An easy and neat way to track your workouts. Unlike most of the other fitness apps, you get to choose the work outs you want to track and would not be deluged by hundreds of them.

- Add as many or as few work out types as you want to. Edit and rename them whenever you want.

- Every work out type can have up to 3 metrics to measure it. You get to decide which metrics you want.

- Check all the workouts that you have done in any selected month or all the days that you have done a selected work out type along with the measures.

- Enter your work outs either one at a time or several together using templates.

- Create templates to match your routines, rearrange the work out types in them and even have default values so that you need not enter manually all the times.

- Edit any of your previously entered work outs’ details.

- Hide the work out types that you don’t do very often and wouldn’t like to clutter the screen all the time.
